The Role: This role is responsible for driving the organisation’s finance transformation agenda, including implementation of a new ERP system, planning tools and Business Intelligence reporting. You will translate strategic objectives into practical system and process solutions, oversee end-to-end delivery, and ensure strong governance, stakeholder alignment and business readiness. The role plays a critical part in embedding sustainable change and lifting finance capability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end leadership across system selection, design, configuration and deployment. Act as the primary Finance decision-maker, ensuring solutions align with business requirements, best practice and long-term strategic objectives. Enhance financial controls, compliance frameworks and reporting accuracy, establishing sustainable governance structures to support ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement. Oversee delivery plans, interdependencies and risk mitigation strategies. Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and maintain strong alignment across executive, operational and technical stakeholders. Drive organisational readiness and adoption through structured change management, stakeholder workshops and capability uplift initiatives to ensure successful and lasting transformation outcomes. Review core processes across FP&A, Accounting and Procurement to improve efficiency, consistency and data integrity.
