This is a fantastic opportunity to join our well established General Practice at our two locations in the beautiful townships of Mulwala & Yarrawonga. We are currently seeking our next team member to join us. The clinics are privately billed General Practices and are open Monday to Friday, offering a great work life balance.
Our receptionists are the first point of contact for our patients; therefore, you will be well presented, an effective communicator with efficiency in all aspects of office administration.
Responsibilities
Provide reception and administrative support in a medical practice setting.
Qualifications
Experience in medical reception/administration
Experience in Best Practice is desirable
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Reliable and a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently with initiative, and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to build professional rapport with patients and doctors
