Overview
Cater Care is a leading catering service provider known for our commitment to quality, innovation and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager, in our Aged Care division, to lead our catering operations across a small number of sites within the Hunter and Taree region.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the catering operations across 6 aged care facilities
* Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimise operational costs
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
* Coaching and further developing the team around you
* Ensure high standards of food quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Understanding of Aged Care quality & safety commission including accreditations
Skills and Experiences
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the contract catering or hospitality industry with multi-site exposure
* Strong understanding of operational and financial management
* Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams
* Experience operating across multi-site delivery
* Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Chef qualification essential
