Fold & Rise – Organic Wholesale Bakery
Fold & Rise is a specialist organic sourdough bakery, supplying independent retailers across Northern NSW, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
We focus on organic sourdough and gluten-free sourdough, made for retailers who value quality, consistency, and local supply.
We are now expanding and seeking an experienced wholesale sales representative to grow our retail footprint.
The Role
This is a part-time, field-based sales role focused on onboarding new wholesale retail customers.
You will be responsible for opening new accounts across:
* Independent IGA stores
* SPAR supermarkets
* Organic & health food stores
* Selected fruit & produce retailers
This role suits someone who already understands the retail grocery environment and can confidently engage with store managers and owners.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach suitable retail accounts
* Present Fold & Rise products to store managers/owners
* Secure trial orders and convert to ongoing wholesale accounts
* Build strong local retailer relationships
* Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth onboarding
About You
We are only considering candidates who have:
* Proven experience selling into IGA and/or SPAR
* Existing relationships with grocery or organic retailers
* Wholesale food or beverage sales background
* Confidence in face-to-face field sales
* Ability to work independently and manage your territory
Highly regarded:
* Experience with organic or health food retailers
* Bakery, bread, or fresh food category experience
* Established network across Brisbane or the Gold Coast
