Workshop Maintenance Manager

* Manage daily operations by leading Toll employees in a collaborative environment, promoting safety and high standards.
* Maintain staff performance by providing coaching, guidance, and monitoring job results.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by driving HSES & QA programs to achieve a culture of safety and zero incidents.
* Oversight of workflow ensures minimum vehicle downtime and maximum workshop output.
* Anticipate customer needs and enhance service experience by identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Evaluate and implement work systems to optimize team productivity and adhere to best practices.
