Job Description
The Pharmacy Manager position is a leadership role in a community pharmacy that specialises in compounding services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing pharmacy operations, overseeing compounding services, and providing clinical oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
* Oversee compounding services and ensure safe, effective medication preparation
* Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Mentor and support Pharmacists and Technicians
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
* Permanent Australian working rights
* Current AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist
* Minimum 3-years Pharmacist experience in an Australian setting, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience
