The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a $50M+ luxury apartment development in Rose Bay. A project defined by detailed architectural finishes, high-spec services integration, and sophisticated structural design.
You'll have autonomy to run the site day-to-day, supported by a hands-on senior leadership team that values clear communication, planning and teamwork. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and thrives on delivering beautiful, high-end residential work.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing all daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
Driving program delivery, sequencing and short-term scheduling
Maintaining strict quality standards, particularly around high-end finishes and façade detailing
Ensuring safety compliance, site culture and best-practice HSEQ systems are upheld
Conducting toolbox talks, site meetings and regular inspections
Managing design queries, buildability challenges and coordination with consultants
Ensuring site presentation, cleanliness and client expectations are consistently met
Contributing to progress reporting, forecasting and project documentation
About You
Trade-qualified (carpentry preferred) or degree-qualified in Construction Management
5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering residential apartment or high-end residential projects
Proven experience on projects $40M+ with detailed finishes, complex structures or premium façade works
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain momentum
Excellent communication and client-facing capability
A solutions-focused operator with a calm, organised approach to delivery

Salary package up to $220,000 + Super, depending on experience
