We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our organization.


Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic guidance and support to the management team in order to achieve business objectives and foster a positive work environment. This will involve developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in HR-related areas such as recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration and employment law.


Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business plan and goals.
* Talent Management: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing programs that promote employee satisfaction, well-being and productivity.
* Benefits Administration: Administer and maintain all employee benefits, including salary, bonuses, stock options, health insurance, retirement plans and other compensation packages.
* Employment Law: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice to managers and employees as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
* Work Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role within a private sector organization.
* HR Certifications: AHRI certification an advantage.
* Language Skills: Fluent English language skills required.
