**Bell Attendant**
The Bell Attendant is the first point of welcome to our arrival guests and the last point of farewell upon departure. This position assists arrival and departure guests with the smooth transfer of luggage, packages and the safe and efficient movement of vehicles in line with established processes. They also assist with providing directions to guests and arranging transport during the day.
**Both roles**:
- Coordinate the handling of guest luggage, ensuring proper storage and delivery to guest rooms.
- Manage the efficient flow of luggage and guest services, coordinating with other hotel departments as needed.
- Oversee the transportation of guests and their luggage to and from the hotel, as well as other requested destinations.
- Maintain accurate records of luggage storage, retrieval, and deliveries.
- Opens and closes car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.
- Hails taxis and answers guests' inquiries.
- Valet Parking
**Talent Profile**
- Full Drivers license
- Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort or commercial facilities
- Basic computer skills with hands on experience in room maintenance
- Good spoken English
- Valid working rights in Australia

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.23 - $34.59 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
