Growth Marketing Director/CMO
Beaver Group is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director/Chief Marketing Officer to spearhead growth across an expanding portfolio of industrial businesses. This role offers significant autonomy, scope across multiple businesses and their brand stacks, and the opportunity to build a high-growth engine from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year growth and marketing roadmap for each business and brand.
* Team Building: Hire and lead high-performing teams across growth, content, product marketing, and operations.
* Brand Architecture: Define strategies, positioning, and key messaging for all brands.
* Content Engine: Establish a high-quality content production engine across target media and platforms.
* Demand Generation: Drive warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, and paid ads through testing, measurement, and scaling.
* Funnel Design: Develop offers, lead magnets, landing pages, nurture sequences, automation, and CRO.
* Sales Enablement: Provide deal sequences, nurture content, and tools to lift win rates and deal velocity.
* Customer Marketing: Nurture, retain, and grow share of wallet in existing accounts.
* Product Marketing: Develop value propositions, segmentation, go-to-market strategies, and new product ideas.
* Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing: Attract top talent to all group businesses.
* M&A Marketing: Build acquisition deal flow and integrate acquired businesses rapidly.
* Tech Stack: Oversee customer-facing systems across marketing, sales, and support.
* Data & Optimisation: Track key metrics, optimise relentlessly, and double down on high-ROI activities.
