Victorian Sales Manager, Plastics
We are seeking a commercially driven professional to lead and grow our plastics packaging portfolio in Victoria.
The Opportunity
This critical role oversees key customer relationships and drives business development across the food, beverage, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically manage and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue and margin targets
* Pursue new business opportunities in key market segments
* Cultivate sustainable packaging initiatives through recycled plastics
* Foster collaboration across internal teams to execute projects and support customers
* Provide accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
* Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales or account management experience in packaging or a related B2B sector
* Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic customer management
* Deep knowledge of the Victorian market and packaging trends
* Experience with solution-based selling and sustainability-driven value propositions
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or a related field
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
