About the Role:
- Perform sandblasting operations to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Apply industrial coatings and paints using spray equipment
- Inspect surfaces and finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate and maintain sandblasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in sandblasting and industrial painting. (Pressure Pot/Conventional Spray Guns & to Paint Specifications A MUST)
· Strong communication skills.
· Highly motivated & skilled technician.
· Familiarity with various coating systems and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments.
- Forklift license.
