We take pride in maintaining and improving the spaces that matter most to our clients. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Casual Labourer with a Traffic Control Ticket to join the team.
The Opportunity
This casual role involves a combination of general labouring and traffic control responsibilities, assisting site teams to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will work closely with supervisors, trades, and project teams, contributing to the successful delivery of day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with general labouring duties including site preparation, cleaning, and basic construction tasks
* Undertake traffic control duties in accordance with approved traffic management plans
* Set up, monitor, and pack down traffic control equipment as required
* Support tradespeople and site supervisors with daily tasks
* Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
* Adhere to all WHS requirements, company procedures, and site protocols
* Contribute to maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environment
About You
* Valid Traffic Control Ticket (essential)
* Construction White Card (essential)
* Previous experience in labouring or construction
* Strong understanding of site safety and traffic management practices
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work across multiple sites
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic with a proactive and safety-focused approach
