The Opportunity

You Will
* Create compelling content for social media channels
* Grow and manage online communities
* Support social media activities organization-wide
You'll shape how we connect with audiences locally and globally, celebrating MCRI's impact and bringing our brand online.
About Your Team
Our Brand & Marketing team energizes the organization around a unified strategy, ensuring every member embodies our values and vision. We aim for outstanding marketing outcomes and long-term brand health to support MCRI's growth in child health research.
Additional Responsibilities
* Translate content from other areas for social media
* Design multimedia content (photos, videos, reels)
* Create visuals and graphics per brand guidelines
* Manage digital assets and Shutterstock requests
* Handle social media inquiries and triage workload
* Provide social media training to staff and researchers
* Maintain social media policies and content guidelines
What We Need From You
* Experience in social media or marketing roles with a strong social media focus
* Proven experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in healthcare or research
* Content creation skills in copywriting, photography, videography, and editing
* Brand management experience, including governance and strategic marketing
* Ability to advise colleagues at all levels
* Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Canva, Google Analytics, ResourceSpace, Asana
* Data interpretation and continuous improvement skills
