Educators work collaboratively to implement teaching strategies that are responsive to children's learning, development and wellbeing.ECTARC Alunga is an active participant in the Enriching Language through Practice project, a funded program through Communities for Children Shellharbour. This project focuses on the 3a -Abecedarian Approach, which places a priority on children's language. The project builds a shared language approach to advance children's learning outcomes by strengthening the relationship between families and educators to engage in active feedback and the sharing of information with each other about children's language/communication skills and development. In conjunction with this the service is an active member of the Paint Shellharbour REaD.About the RoleECTARC Alunga is seeking an educator with aCertificate III qualification to work as part of a passionate and capable team who are committed to enriching the futures of young children.
