We are hiring a Store Manager to join their team on a full‑time basis. This opportunity allows you to enhance your leadership skills by overseeing a retail team with unique buzz and energy at Telstra within a dynamic team environment.

As a Telstra Retail Store Manager, you'll work with your Area Managers to coach and grow your team to greatness, using your previous retail management experience to lead from the front, inspire the next generation, develop a high‑performing team, and grow professionally.
What you'll do
* Ensure the store's KPI’s (sales and customer service) are met
* Develop and nurture a high‑performing, customer‑experience focused team within a fast‑paced environment
* Maintain an inclusive store culture that is positive and welcoming
* Identify and lead recruitment for new store team members
* Collaborate with your team members, leading performance reviews and helping grow their careers
About you
* Demonstrated recent people leadership success within a target‑driven retail sales environment
* Ability to energise and drive a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Leads from the front and builds rapport with a diverse and varied team
* Resolves customer issues creatively and efficiently
* Experience leading through times of change (products/systems) and guiding the team on the journey
