As an integral member of the Metro South Oral Health team, you will deliver high-quality oral health services to eligible clients, gaining valuable clinical experience across diverse rotations. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient safety, quality care, and community oral health.
Responsibilities
* Provide oral health therapy services including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care under clinical supervision.
* Develop clinical judgement and independently manage increasingly complex cases as your experience grows.
* Engage in oral health promotion activities within community settings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, families, health professionals, and community groups to deliver patient-centred care.

We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
