About the Role
In this key service role, you will be the link between customers, service technicians, and internal teams, ensuring that every service inquiry is handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule service calls and technician dispatch to meet customer requirements.
* Be the first point of contact for service inquiries, updates, and parts requests.
* Maintain accurate service records, reports, and job documentation.
* Work collaboratively with field technicians, logistics, and admin teams to streamline processes.
* Monitor service performance, elevate issues, and recommend improvements.
* Enter and manage customer and service data in our central system.
* Support internal teams with spare parts and technical coordination.
Qualifications
You are someone who takes pride in supporting technical professionals and understands the importance of efficient service delivery. You stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and communicate clearly.
* Customer facing experience gained from service roles, hospitality, retail etc.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills – able to manage competing priorities with confidence.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Your ability to problem‐solve and think outside the box.
* Solid computer literacy, especially in Excel and Microsoft Office.
* A proactive, reliable attitude with strong attention to detail.
* An understanding of service environments – whether in trades, maintenance, or technical operations.
