The Customer Support Officer supports the delivery of a service support function. The role sits within the Schools Finance and Resources Branch within the Finance Services Division. The key purpose of the role is to provide responsive and quality customer support to Victorian government schools and internal stakeholders with management of the Student Resource Package (SRP), employee charging and leave issues, support with the SRP Planner and reconciliation of the SRP.
