An exciting role has arisen for a Placement and Return to Work Coordinator within our contemporary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality advice to employees and leaders on case management, including redundancy, redeployment or retraining options. They will also play a key role in the return-to-work process following injury.
About The Role
The Placement and Return to Work Coordinator reports to the Manager of Human Resources and is accountable for the provision of timely advice on the case management process. This includes identifying and applying early intervention measures following workplace injuries resulting in Workers Compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing training and coaching to leaders on case management and return-to-work processes.
* Developing and implementing recovery and return to work plans.
* Monitoring workforce mobility data to inform strategic decisions.
