From games and laser tag to bowling lanes and VR setups, you’ll make sure every piece of tech is running smoothly so our guests can focus on having a blast!
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting with flair - You’ll dive into the depths of our games and attractions, solving problems with ease, building connections with the team and guests along the way
- Partnering with purpose - Work closely with our Facilities Manager and venue team to keep everything humming
- Owning the guest experience - Your work directly impacts how much fun our guests have.

🧠 Who You Are
- You hold a valid Working with Children Check Certification
- A tech-savvy team member with a curious mind and a hands-on working style.
You additionally have a positive attitude towards problem solving!
- You’ve got a trade background, or you’re just the person everyone calls when something breaks - we’re looking for either!
- You’re a natural communicator who can chat with guests and teammates alike.
