Pathways Coach Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in empowering parents to overcome barriers supporting them toward sustainable employment or education.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and address vocational and non-vocational barriers to employment or education for a caseload of parents.
2. Develop, implement and review individualised Pathway Plans that align with each parent's goals and changing needs.
3. Design engaging educational pre-employment and group training workshops to build confidence and employability skills.
4. BUILD strong relationships with local employers, service providers and agencies to create meaningful opportunities for participants.
5. Complete all administrative tasks accurately within required timeframes ensuring thorough documentation and record-keeping.
6. Promote program awareness through community engagement and participation in local events.
