Step into a unique and rewarding leadership role as a Food & Beverage Supervisor supporting HMAS Albatoss (Nowra). This position offers the opportunity to lead front-of-house operations across two Defence sites, working closely with your team to deliver high-quality service in a structured, purpose-driven environment.
The Position
* Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house teams across daily service operations
* Drive a positive team culture focused on accountability, engagement, and service excellence
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, food safety standards, and service expectations
* Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and people management to support smooth operations
* Lead by example with a hands‐on, visible leadership style
The Person
* Proven hospitality leadership experience, including people management and rostering
* Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and allergen management
* Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Comfortable working independently while partnering with the Site Operations Manager
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport to travel between sites
