About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant M&A and financing transactions, as well as provide bespoke tax planning and advisory services.
* Advise clients on tax aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, funding arrangements, and restructuring of corporate groups and investment vehicles.
* Manage disputes with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues and counsel while mentoring junior professionals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Significant experience in tax law, preferably with 4-8+ years of post-admission experience.
* Strong technical skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Leadership qualities and a collaborative approach.
