**The role**
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury Crown Metropol, one of the largest hotels in Australia offers unique luxurious guest experiences to suit everybody's style.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to become a valuable member of the Crown Metropol Housekeeping leadership team
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in the coordination of all housekeeping activities to achieve maximum efficiency and high-quality service delivery for our guests.
- Manage a large team of dedicated employees; complete office tasks; including recruitment, training and development, financial management, as well as conducting quality assurance checks.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and policies are strictly adhered to.
**About you**
You'll bring the following:
- Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a 5 star hotel.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety and employee safety and wellbeing.
- Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast paced high pressure environment.
**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you must:
- Be able to work flexibly over a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays).
- Have or obtain a Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol.
- Have full unrestricted Australian working rights.
