Are you an experienced Account Manager ready to step into a leadership role where you can genuinely shape how things are done? At Search Property, we’re looking for someone who thrives on leading people, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly for both clients and the team.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers while also overseeing a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide clients through the property journey, from onboarding through to settlement, while supporting your team to do the same. You’ll help set the tone, lift the standard, and keep the wheels turning across departments.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support your team
• Coach, guide, and mentor Account Managers in their day-to-day work
• Set clear expectations and team goals, and provide regular feedback
• Help onboard and train new hires so they hit the ground running
• Promote a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment
Own the client experience
• Manage a small portfolio of key clients with professionalism and clarity
• Guide clients through the process from onboarding to settlement
• Proactively manage timelines, updates, and key touchpoints
• Jump in to resolve escalated issues quickly and calmly
Keep things running smoothly
• Work closely with internal teams like sourcing, legal, and property consultants
• Spot process gaps and help implement better ways of working
• Keep CRM records accurate and reliable
• Provide performance updates and insights to the General Manager
Who You Are
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in real estate, account management, or client service
• 1 to 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
• Confident communicator who brings clarity and direction
• Calm problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling timelines, clients, and team priorities
• Passionate about property and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed
