The Role
You will work closely with teams and clients to bring architectural concepts to life as an Architectural Team Lead.
Main duties include:
* Creatively designing and implementing architectural plans
* Preparing and submitting architectural planning applications
* Coordinating urban design and master planning tasks
* Analyzing site conditions and contexts
* Evaluating project briefs
* Leading team members and delegating tasks effectively
* Communicating with clients and relevant authorities
* Ensuring designs comply with local codes and requirements
Requirements
* Achieved registration as an architect in Queensland
* 5+ years of experience in architecture
* In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and building codes
* Leadership skills and strong project management abilities
* Excellent communication and visualization skills
