We are representing a long term Gold Coast Law firm in the bid to find an exceptional Conveyancer.
The Firm: Well established long standing law firm with office located in central Gold Coast.

The Role: You can expect to undertake conveyancing for A-Z QLD residential files from A - Z with some commercial work.
There is supervision and support where needed for you.
Ideally you will have had experience using Leap and PEXA for settlement.
It would be well considered if you have at least 2 years experience working in QLD Conveyancing.
The ability to ask questions and ask for help when you need would highly regarded as will your attention to detail.
Having excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships along with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
