You will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to run and grow your business. Specifically, you will: Generate your own business and develop your own portfolio of clients Find and attract the best talent on the market Pre-qualify candidates and evaluate their skills through interviewing and referencing Represent the best candidates in the marketplace Develop your own brand in the market The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be trained and supported by the best consultants in the Sydney market.
