Community Care Assistant
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic professional to join our team at Tamworth, where you will be responsible for providing hospitality services such as cleaning and laundry. Your primary role will be to ensure the wellbeing of our clients by following their care plans and documenting all services provided.
* Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional client care through assistance with daily activities, including cleaning and tidying.
* Support the implementation of Client Care Plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
* Act as an advocate for clients' wellbeing and promote independence.
Requirements
* Possess Certificate III in individual support or Disability qualification.
* Hold a current driver's license and registered car.
