The Opportunity: HR/L&D with Real-World Impact

As our HR/L&D Administration Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting staff development, compliance, and engagement, ensuring our workforce is equipped to deliver GEO's Continuum of Care philosophy.

Key Impact Areas
* Coordinate training logistics, enrolments, and compliance tracking.
* Maintain the Learning Management System and staff development records.
* Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle processes.
* Prepare HR documentation, reports, and data insights for audits and governance.
* Support staff engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR events.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
* Certificate IV in HR or Business Administration (or working towards).
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/LMS platforms (e.g., Kineo, Scout, Chris21).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, highly regulated environment.
Unique Setting
Ravenhall is an innovative facility focused on rehabilitation for young adults, Aboriginal prisoners, and those with complex mental health needs. Its unique campus‐style design underpins GEO's Continuum of Care philosophy, which extends post‐release through the Community Reintegration Centre.
This role involves direct contact with prisoners and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
