What You'll Be Doing
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our LPG and Industrial Gas business across Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous role, building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively develop new business opportunities, including face‐to‐face cold calling
* Grow LPG and Industrial Gas sales
* Take full ownership of the designated Toowoomba sales territory for LPG and Industrial Gases
* Identify market trends and provide monthly sales forecasts
* Follow up leads promptly and maintain detailed daily sales reporting
* Liaise with internal departments to maximise customer service and delivery outcomes
What You Will Bring
* Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role
* Self‐motivated attitude
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* High level of self‐motivation and accountability
* Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
* Willingness to complete a pre‐employment medical check
