Lead Family Violence Specialist
The Family Domestic and Sexual Violence Practice Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting clients and communities. This position involves delivering services, leading professional development, and providing clinical education to staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for representing the Family Safety Framework.
This role entails assisting with the implementation of the Risk Assessment and Management Framework at Congress. The ideal candidate will possess a four-year undergraduate qualification or Master's degree in Social Work (or equivalent), recognised or accredited by the AASW (or equivalent). Considerable experience in practice is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering expertise on Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence in service delivery, professional development, and clinical education to staff
* Representing the Family Safety Framework
* Assisting with the implementation of the Risk Assessment and Management Framework
