About Our Client

Job Description
o Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and payroll
o Process STP and superannuation payments
o Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
o Process invoices for suppliers
o Reconcile accounts payable
o Create new vendor accounts and reconcile supplier statements
o Perform petty cash and staff reimbursement
o Other ad hoc tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
o Prior experience in end-to-end payroll and end-to-end accounts payable
o Proven work experience as an Assistant Accountant
o Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; experience with Jobpac will be highly regarded
o Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
o Time-management abilities
o Strong numeracy skills
o Attention to detail
