u&u are partnering with a boutique consulting firm who are experiencing exciting growth. The firm enjoys partnering with large private and public sector customers on a national and international level to deliver consulting services across a range of service lines including cultural transformation, team effectiveness, leadership and business partnering. Due to continued success, the business is looking to recruit a Management Consultant to join their growing team.
The Role
This newly created role work will work with existing customers to provide consulting services across team effectiveness, leadership, cultural change and business partnering. You will be working closely with C-suite customers in the Corporate Services space to deliver a broad and diverse range of services across the full lifecycle of management consulting including;
Diagnosing needs with existing customers;
Developing client strategy and facilitating key programs;
Leading and delivering consulting services;
Being involved with the business leaders in thought leadership and program development;
Working in a non-hierarchical consulting environment to give input to business operations; and
Assisting in business development and highlighting new ways to work with existing or warm customers.

The Person
**To thrive in this role, you will have**:
4+ years' experience in a consulting environment, ideally in a large, national firm;
Strong training in end-to-end consulting, perhaps through a consulting graduation program;
Someone who understands the mechanics of big business and how to influence change in such contexts;
Highly professional with the ability to engage diverse c-suite customers;
Excited about working as a central member of a small business and contribute to its success;
Known for your stage presence, energy, engaging personality, exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills;
Be passionate about building long-term partnerships with clients where you embed change over time;
Someone with experience facilitating programs and performing client diagnostic studies with corporate services executives such as finance or procurement leaders; and
A curious mind, a down to earth approach and a preference for collaborative environments that allow you to work directly with the business owners and have broad scope.
