About the role
Mink Building Group is seeking an experienced Carpenter or an apprentice carpenter to join our dynamic team on the northern beaches, NSW. As a Carpenter/apprentice carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the construction and renovation of residential and building projects. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing
* Interpret and follow detailed construction plans and blueprints
* Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures and components
* Install and finish various types of flooring, doors, windows, and cabinetry
* Perform maintenance and repairs on existing structures
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What we're looking for
* Relevant trade qualifications or experience in carpentry or cabinet making
* Entry level and apprentice candidates are encouraged to apply as formal qualifications are not mandatory
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* A commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
