Key responsibilities of the role include
Assist with day-to-day financial administration including accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with the processing of monthly client invoicing.
Assist with basic payroll tasks such as timesheet entries.
Company card reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support our bookkeeper with data entry and general accounting administration.
Liaise with internal staff, suppliers and clients regarding accounts queries (when required)
Assist with month-end processes and financial documentation as required.
We are looking for someone who has
An interest in accounting, finance or business administration.
A friendly and welcoming manner – believes in the importance of contributing positively within a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with accounting software is advantageous).
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
An efficient and organised approach, with the ability to show initiative.
