* Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently and minimize downtime.

* Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality output.
* Provide detailed shift handovers and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
* Interest in working in Manufacturing and a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
* Reliable, strong problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
