The opportunity
Our Shopify store is live and ready for growth. We're looking for an experienced and hands‐on eCommerce Store Manager to take full ownership of the online retail channel, drive sales, and shape the customer experience from end to end.
This is a rare chance to step into a role where you can build, optimise, and scale a D2C business within a stable, long‐established Australian company. You'll have autonomy, visibility, and the ability to make a real commercial impact.
What you'll be doing
· Manage daily operations of the Shopify store, ensuring products, pricing, and content are accurate.
· Drive online sales through merchandising, promotions, and customer‐focused improvements.
· Upload and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, tags, and collections.
· Coordinate stock levels and product availability with internal teams.
· Optimise product pages for SEO, conversion, and user experience.
· Monitor site performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
· Report on key metrics including traffic, conversion, and sales.
· Work with Marketing and Business Development on launches and campaigns.
What you'll bring
· 5+ years' experience in eCommerce or retail digital operations.
· Strong Shopify experience (mandatory).
· Proven retail/eCommerce sales experience with a focus on driving growth.
· Experience managing product catalogues and inventory workflows.
· Understanding of SEO, UX, and digital analytics.
· Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Be Australian citizens.
· Be eligible for an Australian Government Security Clearance.
· Be able to pass state and federal background checks (including fingerprinting).
· Be eligible to work within a Class 1 Firearms Dealer environment.
