Research Infrastructure Lead

Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a transformative project that focuses on data-driven innovation in transport and urban planning.
* The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of the AURIN WA Node project.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive stakeholder engagement with government agencies, academic partners, and platform providers.
* Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, interoperable infrastructure aligned with AURIN systems.
* Guide the development of analytical tools and data integration strategies to support climate-related decision-making.
* Champion sustainability planning, capacity building, and long-term impact across research and policy communities.
Key Requirements:
* A Ph.D. in urban planning, data science, geography, transport, environmental science, or a related field.
* Proven leadership in complex research infrastructure or data platform projects.
* Expertise in data science, spatial analysis, and infrastructure for climate or urban research.
* A strong track record of stakeholder engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration.
