What role will you play?

You will assist with completing a number of different review types, including potential high‐risk Q and Chat interactions flagged by our AI monitoring tools that require expert human review, ensuring regulatory obligations have been adhered to. You will share insights that support training and development across the teams we work with.

What You Offer
* Strong problem‐solving skills with sound decision‐making
* Demonstrated experience or understanding of relevant regulatory obligations, such as RG271 and BCoP
* Ability to use available technology to perform basic data analysis
* Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
