Onsite Property Manager – Hope Island

We are looking for an experienced Onsite Property Manager to manage a small residential portfolio in Hope Island. This is a hands-on role with support from a full-time assistant, plus optional involvement in caretaking duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a small onsite portfolio end-to-end
* Handle enquiries, leasing, and inspections
* Prepare leases and renewals
* Coordinate maintenance and contractors
* Manage trust accounting and monthly disbursements
* Liaise with tenants, owners, and Body Corporate
Optional Caretaking:
* Supervise contractors and site works
* Coordinate common area maintenance
* Attend Body Corporate meetings and provide reports
* Monitor by-law compliance
* Maintenance X software management
About You
* Minimum 1 year property management experience
* Current QLD Real Estate Licence/Certificate
* Experience with PropertyMe preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Problem solving skills
* Professional and customer-focused
