Executive Consulting Group partners with established medium to large organisations to improve sales capability and revenue performance across leadership and frontline teams. We are expanding our delivery capability and inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Sales Trainers. This is contract‐based consulting work. It is not salaried employment.
The Role
Engagements typically involve:
* Designing and delivering structured sales training programs aligned to defined revenue targets
* Facilitating workshops across B2B sales teams within industrial, mining services, IT, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and medical sectors
* Supporting Sales Leaders to embed accountability, pipeline discipline, and commercial process
* Delivering practical skill development in prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
* Contributing to post‐training reinforcement strategies to ensure measurable performance uplift
* Some engagements may include participation in diagnostic sessions or light consulting activity alongside ECG partners.
The Profile
We are seeking trainers who:
* Have real‐world B2B sales experience and have personally carried revenue targets
* Have successfully trained and developed sales teams within structured KPI environments
* Deliver commercially grounded programs rather than motivational presentations
* Are confident facilitating both small group workshops and larger team sessions
* Can adapt training delivery to suit multi‐layered organisations
* Understand the commercial consequences of underperformance
Experience in multi‐site or nationally operating businesses will be viewed favourably.
This opportunity is not suited to theory‐only facilitators or lifestyle coaches.
