About the Opportunity Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Rostering Coordinator.
Our Rostering Coordinators are responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services to our Security and Cleaning entities, incorporating a relationship building approach to their portfolio of sites and managers.
Successful candidates must have previous experience in the Security Industry and previous Rostering experience.
About the position The Rostering Coordinator will support our Homebush, NSW team and be responsible for: Managing/rostering large number of hours over a site portfolio Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements Operations Support to internal and external stakeholders Award Interpretation and application Payroll Queries, TRI Invoice and Core Hours reviews for P L Coordinating Training and site-specific inductions as required.
Arranging staff for ADHOC Shift coverage.
Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and staff We are looking for someone who is a team player, possess a can-do attitude, likes to think outside the box and enjoys a challenge
