Chef/Kitchen Hand Position

Job Requirements:
* Prepare and cook dishes across all sections of the kitchen to a consistently high standard. Ensure excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in food preparation, service, and cleaning schedules.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver menus that highlight fresh, seasonal produce and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times while participating in regular stock takes and inventory management.
