About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HSEQ Business Partner, to support leadership in meeting HSEQ legislative obligations while ensuring compliance with the integrated management system. Contribute to achieving and maintaining ISO certifications and effectively manage document control systems. Promote a strong safety culture focused on an injury-free workplace and drive quality standards to deliver defect-free products and services across the business.

Duties

* Drive HSEQ performance by identifying hazards, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a strong safety culture.

* Support incident management by facilitating investigations, recording outcomes in systems (e.g., Skytrust), and sharing lessons learned across the business.

* Conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers, and develop SOPs to ensure effective operational risk management.

* Provide HSEQ support for tenders, contracts, and contractor management, ensuring compliance with legislative and client requirements.

* Monitor and analyse HSEQ performance data, prepare reports, and facilitate HSQE meetings, communications, and training programs.

* Lead audits, ISO certification processes, injury management, and oversee document and records management systems.

Skills & Experience

* Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent); SA Return to Work Coordinator Certification required.

* Qualifications in internal auditing, incident investigation (e.g., ICAM or similar), and First Aid.

* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an HSEQ role within electrical services, manufacturing, or construction environments.

* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

* Proven ability to support and maintain ISO certification and accreditation processes.
