This next phase presents an exciting opportunity for a new General Manager to build on these foundations and lead the business to new heights, supported by a clear strategy, strong momentum, and ambitious growth plans for the region.
Reporting to the Senior Director, International Sales, your responsibilities will include:
* Develop and execute the ANZ strategy in alignment with global objectives.
* Own and deliver full P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
* Lead, manage, and coach the ANZ leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Finance, and Human Resources.
* Drive regional sales, marketing, and service strategies to achieve sustainable growth and market expansion.
* Build and lead high-performing commercial and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
* Partner closely with global stakeholders across Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Quality, and Technical Support.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, health & safety, and employment legislation requirements across the region.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven General Management experience within the Medical Technology sector.
* A demonstrated track record of success with full P&L ownership.
* Strong foundations in sales and marketing to hospitals and enterprise-level customers.
* An insights-led leadership style with strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Experience building and scaling teams within a global, matrix organisation.
* Background in diagnostics, point-of-care diagnostics, or adjacent life-science markets (highly regarded).
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership presence, with a hands-on, customer-centric approach.
Ideally you will be based in New South Wales however we are open to discussion on location for the right candidate.
