About This Role
We are seeking a skilled retail professional to join our team as a trade counter specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and possess strong communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
As a member of the trade counter team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing customers with information about products and services
* Generating quotes both in person and over the phone
* Managing stock levels and undertaking pick/pack activities
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Assisting with deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Valid driver's license and ability to work various shifts, including weekends
