About You
You're an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to client-centred supports. You thrive in multidisciplinary teams, lead by example, and support others through supervision and mentoring. You are flexible, responsive, and guided by integrity, empathy and inclusiveness.
About The Role
Manage a diverse and complex caseload, delivering evidence-based assessments and tailored programs of support
Provide clinical leadership by supervising early career occupational therapists and supporting their professional development
Lead by example in the delivery of evidence-based, client-centred therapeutic supports
Contribute to service innovation within your caseload and across the organisation by developing community-based programs and enhancing service delivery
Actively participate in service planning, client reviews, and multidisciplinary decision-making
Work closely with senior clinicians, team leaders and clinical leads to support a positive team culture and improve service delivery
Desired Skills and Experience
Advanced clinical reasoning and reflective skills
Experience with complex client needs
Experience supporting the development of allied health professionals
Demonstrated skills in supervision and leadership
Strong understanding of transdisciplinary and community-based service delivery
Excellent communication, training and digital documentation skills
What You'll Need Before Starting
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current registration with AHPRA and the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
Current Driver's Licence
Current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check (must be completed before starting)
Child Safe Environments training (Through Your Eyes)
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You
First Aid certificate (Desirable)
