About the role
We are seeking a Residential Property Manager. Experience is preferred; however, we are also prepared to offer an entry-level position in this career with our company.
Any successful applicant will have the rare opportunity to be trained by experienced personnel and to receive ongoing training through the L J Hooker network.
We are looking for someone who is passionate, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service, who in time will be responsible for running their own portfolio of properties while being assisted by the management team.
This is a full-time position; however, we are aware that 8:30 am-5 pm hours do not suit everyone, so flexible hours can be negotiated.

Our systems have been long established and improved upon, and the administration staff offer support with the clerical side of the portfolio. Knowledge of property management software is an advantage; however, it is not essential.

Skills and experience

2. Possess a Certificate of Registration or be prepared to gain one.
3. Current Driver's Licence (company car and phone provided during business hours).
4. The ability to learn all relevant legislation.
5. Confidence to liaise with all parties in the tenancy and management process.
6. The ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines.
7. Exceptional attention to detail.
8. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
9. Efficient and accurate data entry skills with the property management software and Microsoft Word.
10. Be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
